Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, the law gives you 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason and without penalties (articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code).

We give you more: 30 days from delivery. This extension is a commercial choice by TEDDYFLASH and adds to your legal rights, it does not reduce them.

The days start when you, or the person you named, receive the parcel. If the order arrives in several parcels, they start from delivery of the last one.

How to do it

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Email assistenza@lipsiagroup.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.

Ship the return within 14 days of telling us, to: LipsiaGROUP S.r.l. Unipersonale — TEDDYFLASH Resi, Via Galli 35/37, 21049 Tradate (VA), Italy. We recommend a tracked service.

Put a note with your order number in the parcel, so we can recognise it straight away.

Condition of the item

You can try it on as you would in a shop. It must come back unworn and unwashed.

If it comes back with a loss of value caused by use beyond simply trying it, we may reduce the refund by that amount (art. 57 Consumer Code).

Who pays for the return

Return shipping costs are on you, unless the item is defective or wrong. The parcel travels at your risk until it reaches us.

Refund

We refund the price of the returned items and the standard shipping costs paid for the order.

The refund is made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the parcel, or proof that you shipped it, before refunding.

We refund with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. Crediting times depend on your bank or payment provider.

The refund always goes to whoever paid for the order, even if the parcel was shipped to someone else.

Size exchange

If the size is wrong, email assistenza@lipsiagroup.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.

The first size exchange is free. We tell you how to send the item back. Once it arrives, we prepare the right size and ship it to you.

Gifts

If you received a bear as a gift and want to return it, ask the person who gave it to you to contact us: the contract is theirs and the refund goes to whoever paid.

Defective or wrong item

If the item arrives damaged, with a defect, or is not what you ordered, email assistenza@lipsiagroup.com with your order number and a photo, within 2 months of noticing.

This is the legal guarantee of conformity: it lasts 2 years from delivery and costs you nothing. We replace the item or, if that is not possible, refund you. Shipping costs are on us.
